Davin's going to be a BIG brother!

That's right...Davin's going to be a BIG brother!!

For those of you who don't already know we're very excited to announce that I'm pregnant with Baby Contawe #2!!  Our estimated due date is May 4, 2011!

Aaron and I have been talking about expanding our family for some time and we decided that this year would be the perfect time!  Davin's already 2 and will be turning 3 by the time baby #2 arrives!  They'll still be close in age and will be the perfect little troublemakers together!  =)

Since this is my second pregnancy I've started to show much faster than the first.  I've read that you show sooner because your muscles have already stretched out and that it has the muscle memory to move out and make room!  (So no need to worry about showing too early!)  I've also felt a lot more nauseous this time around.  Just the thought of food was grossing me out so it was hard to get myself to eat.  I have to admit that at times like this I'm very thankful that Aaron knows how and likes to cook!  Seeing any raw meat was just awful!  I haven't been eating much but as we approach the 2nd trimester food is finally starting to look a little more appetizing to me!

Anyway...here are a few pictures to share!  Our first ultrasound and a belly shot of me!

According to babycenter.com  at 13 weeks baby #2 is the size of a medium shrimp and weighs nearly an ounce. (Length: almost 3 inches, head to bottom.)
