More food on my special diet

Thought I'd share more of what I've been eating on my special diet!  It's been about 8 weeks that I've been on this diet!  I have to admit that I've been cheating a little here and there but my sugar levels are a lot better than they were before!  I think she's moved off from my pancreas!  Thanks goodness!

1 Slice of Mountain Mike's Mt. Everest pizza w/ salad & caesar dressing

Turkey & cheese omelet w/ salsa & 1 slice wheat toast

1 Chocolate chip muffin & a cup of coffee w/ sugar free hazelnut creamer  (This one is a cheat meal)

Chick-fil-a grilled sandwich on wheat bun & 2 pieces of waffle fries

Shrimp scampi w/ wheat linguine

Side salad w/ casesar dressing, 1 slice wheat garlic bread, whole wheat lasagna w/ ground turkey & organic marinara sauce
Side salad w/ caesar dressing, chicken adobo & brown rice

Pasta Fagioli soup made with ground chicken & whole wheat shells

Grilled ham, egg & cheese on wheat

Surprise Baby Shower at work:  Enchilada, bbq chicken, homemade pizza with ground wheat, wheat roll, salad w/ ranch

Lunch at Chili's:  Club sandwich on wheat texas toast w/ side salad (instead of fries)

Side salad w/ casesar dressing, fried brown rice w/ turkey spam

Dinner at The Dead Fish (for hubby's bday):  1 pound garlic crab, mashed potatoes & coleslaw

Turkey sandwich on fresh wheat roll

Side salad w/ spicy ranch dressing, chicken enchilada with salsa verde & organic blue corn tortilla chips
